Return Policy and FAQ’s

Returns must be made with in 5 days of receipt of item. Buyer pays return shipping. 

Our items from our print provider are custom made for each customer, so please ensure you are ordering the correct size before placing the order. Please be aware different computer monitors can alter the color of the item slightly when viewing it online.

For items that ship directly from our manufacturer, if an item arrives damaged or of poor quality, we will request a replacement item first. Photos may be requested.  If the manufacturer’s item is still not fixed, a store credit will be issued. 

Original art, custom items and handmade items, and vintage merchandise are final sale and are not returnable. Please be aware that these items may contain variances due to the nature of handmade and vintage (That’s the best part!).
